Architecture, design and space
TW10 is a RIBA Chartered Practice in Richmond with a focus on residential projects, where architecture, design and space merge to give our clients a bespoke and personal service. We work with local contractors and consultants to deliver innovative projects and high quality architectural design, mainly in the Richmond area.
We have 20 years of experience in the residential sector, with a team of young RIBA Chartered Architects.
Planning and conservation know-how
We are RIBA Chartered Architects with wide experience of local guidance, permitted development, planning procedures and the technical requirements for building control.
We have been successful in conservation areas with loft conversions, rear and side house extensions and changes of use, and after one council refusal we documented a client's case and won the planning appeal.

Professional bodies: RIBA and ARB.

Where we work
Mainly in Richmond and Surrey, with current house extensions across London. Our new-built villa in Cannes opened our doors to more potential international projects in Europe.
